These terms apply to the Respivea text message (SMS) program, which is available to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada. By entering your mobile number and submitting a sign-up form on respivea.co, or by texting a keyword to one of our numbers, you agree to them.
What you are agreeing to
You consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Respivea at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include offers, discount codes, new product announcements, order and cart reminders and customer-service follow-ups. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Respivea does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will not receive further marketing texts unless you sign up again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, to join the program.
Your privacy
Your mobile number and your consent record are handled as described in our Privacy policy. We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is shared only with the platform that sends messages on our behalf.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued participation in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
